5th August:
Markets are at all time high! Expecting the trend to continue. Mid and small caps have started bouncing back. The coming week will see some of the large caps broadcasting their Q1FY2019-20 results. Some results which might effect the markets are Adani ports, LUPIN, CIPLA, M&M, BPCL. HDFC AMC IPO which was a big hit will be listing on the bourses on Monday. Technically Nifty50 on Friday formed a large bullish candle which shows that the uptrend Sha remain intact as long as nifty is above 11230-11250 levels. Other factors like global market trends, movement of rupee against dollar, crude oil price movements might affect markets a little.

Volatile markets next week.
1) BUDGET: Optimism over the budget remains high. Reports uptil now says FM Arun Jaitley may widen social sector schemes, ease income tax rules and attempt to give a boost to areas such as digital payment, infrastructure and affordable housing. Also might be a shocker for the stock market in particular; GAAR is almost confirmed to be rolled out for next year. On this basis market might consolidate for next 2 trading sessions.
2) Q3 earnings(upcoming): HDFC, Bajaj Auto, Glenmark pharma, pidilite, Eicher Motors, Dr reddy's labs, Torrent pharma going to announce results next week. Auto sector and Pharma sector might set the trend for the market.
3) Q3 earnings(last week): So far blue chip companies like ITC, HDFC bank, Kotak bank, HCL technologies, Maruti suzuki amd others posted stable and satisfied results hence giving a boost to the markets
4) FII, DII and MF activity: Over the last 3 trading sessions FIIs have gone all out and have purchased near 1675crores over the mentioned period. DII more than 2800crores last week. MFs bought near 2200 crores last week. this possesive buying gives market a strong point to start positive next week.
5) Technicals: Markets have closed on a positive ending with a huge rise kast week, touching 8600 after NOV2016. This provides a good base for the markets and can give a positive start in the
upcoming week.
CRONIE VIEWS: Markets should start on a positive note n can end with red screens.Budget though can change the views.
15th JAN, 2017; 9.36PM:-
Market view for next week
1) TRUMP to take office on JAN 2: though this was negative at the beginning but markets are turning bullish on TRUMP overall.
2) Q3 earnings(upcoming): RIL, LIC HOUS FIN, AXIS BANK, YES BANK going to announce their result next week. Their earnings might trigger the markets.
3) Q3 earnings(last week): TCS and INFY both posted unexpectedly good results. This might give a positive start this week.
4) Macro front: Government going to announce monthly Inflation data next week.
5) Overall selling pressure: Positive point; FIIs selling has reduced. Negative point; DIIs started selling who were holding up the markets until now.
6) Technicals overview: Markets last week, inspite of various headwinds started and on a positive note. was 2% up last week, Closing above 8400was a good technical sign showing BULLS are ruling the markets overall.
CRONIE VIEW: markets should start on a positive note and should continue the trend though Q3 earnings of the blue-chip companies might change the flow of the markets!

ReplyDeleteSir want your views on stocks for this week. All sugar stocks have come down drastically yesterday both dwarikesh sugar and upper ganges and ugar sugar all came down. Trying to figure out is there any negative news which dragged these sugar stocks. How will all these sugar stock fare next week. I exited from ugar at 34 and still holding 60 percent of my holdings want to know whether to hold on or to get out of it and make an entry below 30. Also bit worried about the results whether it will bounce back or not. Want your advice on this. - Reddy
