  1. Hii all cronie and friends, PNB Gilts is a very good stock, next few quarters going to be good , as the trades in bond markets increased and will increase in the year ahead , entering a stock at good levels is very important , valuations are always important equally supported by good results, PNB Gilts can be entered at 45 to 47 levels with a one year timeframe for conservative targets of 80 if favourable conditions prevail it may head to 100.... Most of the brokerages including this stock in their portfolio is an added advantage ....All the best

    1. Hi Hemanth,

I dont understand how the Gilt market works. Can you explain how the current market scenario is in favour of Gilts? In the environment of demonitization and banks being cash rich how are the Gilts players effected?

    2. Hii Ashish , nice to hear from you , as all expected in the previous RBI policy there was no rate cut, so the stock corrected , but now the banks are flooded with liquiduty, it becomes a compulsion for RBI to make rate cuts in the coming policy meets,Gilt markets depend upon bond yield, as the rate cuts happen bond yields vary accordingly which most of the gilt investors trade in the changes of yield, thus the number of trades increase and the commission of the company increases effecting the topline and bottomline

My another pick for this year would be IRB infra , slow mover but an investment grade stock for risk less and guaranteed return, one can park some good amount into it with a 12 to 18 months view .... Fundementals are good and future is on path for infra sector Nd IRB would be a definite benificiary.. All the best happy investing

  3. Nahar industrial enterprises is a fantastic stock, it's a turnaround story now trading at a PE of mere 5 only, EPS 22,it has very large spindle capacities and to add flavour a small sugar capacity in generation , textiles and sugar are the trending sector , a target of 250 can be explored in it in the next 2 years span, add this gem undoubtedly .. All the best stay invested

  6. To one and all pnb gilts is the correct stock to invest this year , my expectations results wise with comparison of this half year NP is Rs. 89.51 Crs while in 2015 it was only 21.54 Crs so we can clearly view that there's no comparison , now that trades in bond markets have increased a lot but as expected rate cut did not come in place in previous RBI policy meet , so I guess Net Profit comes around Rs.50 crs for Dec'16 quarter but ones perspective should be that considering the whole 2017 year taking into consideration of rate cuts this stock will yield good results , so next whole year EPS if comes around anywhere near around Rs.13.30 on a conservative baisis giving 60 CRS Net profit each quarter for all quarters this is my analysis then stock will trade around 100 to 120 range, this is overall view but as all are expecting my view is that dec'16 will not come as previous quarter like 80 CRS , but it may be around Rs.55 to Rs.60 CRS is m view

  7. As expected pnb gilts delivered good numbwrs, Net profit was expected at around 55 to 60 crs but it came around 66 crs and the stock has appreciated from 50 levels to 59 in a short period more to come EPS is around 8.63 and with one more quarter on hand expecting conservatively EPS yearly would be around 11.50 , again conservatively giving a PE of 10 , the target is 110 , worst case scenario it should touch
100 /-, stay invested reep maximum benefits....
